About Thibaud

Daoust began his career in labour law and administrative law before joining Daigneault, avocats inc. at the end of 2018, and has been a partner of the firm since 2022. His practice focuses on environmental, resources and land-use law, advising businesses, public institutions and individuals and representing them before judicial and administrative tribunals, including files on contaminated soil, waste, wetlands and hydric environments, protected species, air quality, quarries and sand pits, agricultural land protection and hazardous materials. He writes for environmental periodicals, trains businesses and associations, and serves on committees of Reseau Environnement and the Quebec chapter of the Solid Waste Association of North America.
