About Lucianna
Lucianna Saplywy has been a partner at the firm since 2011. Her work spans will preparation together with insurance-related litigation, focusing on claims arising from car accidents, injuries on others' property, and disputes over accident and disability benefits. She has spoken and published on topics in vehicle and insurance law. Raised in Fort Erie, she earned an Honours B.A. in Psychology with distinction from Western University in 2000, followed by her LL.B. in 2003. After articling with Daniel & Partners LLP, she was called to the bar in 2004 and joined the firm as an associate before rising to partner. She is a member of the Lincoln County Law Association, the Hamilton Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and The Ontario Trial Lawyers' Association.
