About Luc-Olivier

Luc-Olivier Herbert has more than 23 years as a trial lawyer in civil matters before Quebec courts, including the Court of Appeal, and in ad hoc arbitrations. His practice focuses on real estate and construction disputes, including construction and latent defects, title transfers and commercial leases, as well as civil liability, fraud, shareholder disputes and estate litigation. He is accredited as a mediator and, since December 2025, as a civil and commercial arbitrator.
