About Lisa

Lisa Horvath is a partner at TTH Law Firm in Regina, where she was born and raised. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2003, articled with the firm's predecessor, Willows Tulloch & Howe, and was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2004, becoming a partner in 2008. Her practice covers corporate and commercial matters, including purchase and sale transactions, financing, shareholders' agreements, and corporate reorganizations. She also practises residential and commercial real estate law, covering buying, selling, leasing, development, and financing. In addition, she maintains an estate planning practice, preparing wills and powers of attorney, health care directives, and family trusts, and assisting with probate and property guardianship matters.
