About Neil

Neil Tulloch is the senior partner at TTH Law Firm and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 1979 before being called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1980. He has practised in Regina since his call and has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan. His practice spans commercial and corporate matters, estate planning and administration, real estate, employment, construction, criminal defence, and litigation, including insurance claims and family law. A farming background has informed his approach to agricultural legal issues. He belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Regina Bar Association.
