About Lindsey
Lindsey von Bloedau is an Associate at DWF Canada in Vancouver, called to the British Columbia Bar in 2017. She holds a J.D. and a BCom from the University of British Columbia. Her practice covers insurance defence and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on complex matters and class actions, including historical sexual abuse claims for religious, education and sports organizations, product liability defence for manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies, and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful dismissal claims. Before joining DWF in 2026, she worked at a national insurance defence firm and has appeared before every level of court in British Columbia and the BC Human Rights Tribunal.
