About Lindsay

Lindsay Lloyd has a general solicitor practice focused primarily on wills and estates law, including estate planning, estate administration, capacity planning (powers of attorney and representation agreements), and adult guardianship. She also looks after MJB's Barriere branch office. Originally from the Cariboo, Lindsay relocated to Alberta to attend the University of Calgary, earning an undergraduate degree in rehabilitation with distinction in 2008, then worked for several years in human services, including with individuals with acquired traumatic brain injuries and as a counsellor at a women's shelter. She returned to the University of Calgary to study law, obtaining her Juris Doctor in 2016, joined MJB Lawyers as an articling student that year, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2017.
