About Lila

Lila Perrier holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal. During her studies she volunteered with Justice Pro Bono and served as vice-president of communications on her faculty's international affairs committee. She was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2025 after articling at a firm practising commercial law. She joined RBD Avocats in February 2026 and now focuses her practice on representing employees from policing backgrounds, handling collective labour relations along with occupational health and safety matters.
