About Lexa

Lexa Cutler is a labour and employment lawyer who oversees development of SpringLaw's precedent and legal knowledge systems. She earned her J.D. from Queen's University in 2020, was called to the Ontario bar in 2021, won the Queen's Law Prize in Trial Advocacy, and has worked on both management-side and plaintiff-side employment matters.
