About Jeffrey
Jeffrey Adams focuses on labour, employment, and human rights law at SpringLaw, advising employers, HR teams, and corporate clients on litigation, negotiation, contract drafting, and compliance issues, with an emphasis on practical, cost-effective strategies. He is fluent in English and French and also serves as the firm's AI Portfolio Lead, testing legal technology tools to improve workflows and client service. Before becoming a lawyer, Jeff competed as a Paralympic athlete, winning three gold medals in wheelchair racing, then went on to found and run a medical device business, serving as its President and CEO before selling the company in 2016. He is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, a member of the Order of Ontario, and an inductee into the Canada Sports Hall of Fame.
