Janet Clark is Of Counsel at Caravel Law with more than 20 years of experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer, including in-house roles at Accenture Business Services, Enbridge Distribution Services and Ontario Lottery and Gaming. She advises on sophisticated technology transactions, complex contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and large-scale public procurement initiatives, including FINTRAC and SaaS procurements. Janet also assists clients with AI risk assessments, licensing and commercialization frameworks, post-merger integration following M&A transactions, and defined benefit pension wind-ups and annuity purchases.
