About Julia

Julia practises intellectual property, entertainment and technology law, as well as civil litigation, and is a registered trademark agent. She assists clients with IP strategy, protection, enforcement and licensing across copyrights, trademarks, patents and trade secrets, and represents clients in disputes before the Federal Courts, including judicial reviews. Julia was previously a sessional instructor in Copyright Law at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law and sits on the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra's Board of Directors.
