About Leigh
Leigh began her career in labour law at a large downtown firm before moving into family law, mediation and divorce law in 2007 at a small firm, later founding Davis Reierson in 2010. She joined MDW Law as counsel in January 2023 and represents clients in family disputes and negotiations across Nova Scotia, as well as clients living outside the province. She is a trained mediator, arbitrator and parenting coordinator, holding a Q.Med. (ADRIC) designation and Certified Specialist in Family Mediation (FDRIO) accreditation. She serves as Vice Chair of the Nova Scotia Labour Board and as an Adjudicator in the Small Claims Court of Nova Scotia, and is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, the Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario, and the ADR Institute of Canada.
