About Haley
Haley Sampson practises in real estate, estate planning, and probate administration, drawing on a background in civil and family litigation to negotiate agreements and develop strategies for clients navigating property purchases, sales, and estate matters. Originally from Cape Breton, she is active in her community, presenting estate planning sessions for non-profit organizations and volunteering as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colchester. Sampson earned her J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2021 and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2022. She is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
