Leah is a Partner at BOYNECLARKE LLP, practising corporate law with a focus on independent pharmacy acquisitions and lending institution financing. She has acted for both purchasers and vendors on pharmacy transactions ranging from single-store deals to multi-location arrangements with complex financing structures. Leah has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada in Banking & Finance Law, Corporate Law, and Mergers & Acquisitions Law. She holds an LL.B. and MBA from Dalhousie University, both earned in 2004, and has spoken at the Halifax Chamber of Commerce's Wonder Women series.
