About Laurence

Laurence Babin has been a member of BCF's business law and corporate financing group in Montréal since 2021, focusing her practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions for a varied clientele. Before joining the firm, she completed a combined bachelor's degree in civil law and common law at McGill University.
