About David

David Beaulieu joined BCF as a student in the summer of 2021 and now practises as a lawyer in the business law group at the Montréal office, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, corporate reorganizations, and commercial contract drafting. Beaulieu is also involved in recruiting new talent for the firm and supports causes promoting healthy living through sport.
