About Julien

Julien Merleau-Bourassa practices mainly in public law, labour law and civil and commercial litigation. He holds a civil law degree from the University of Ottawa and a Juris Doctor from the Université de Montréal. Merleau-Bourassa has in-depth knowledge of public law and government affairs, having worked closely with provincial ministers for several years. His varied experience allows him to grasp the often complex realities his clients face and to offer innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs. He was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2020 and is a board member of the Association québécoise d'urbanisme.
