Laurence Gibeault-Geadah is of counsel at REID Legal with close to 18 years of experience in real estate, contractual and commercial law. She advises and represents landlords and major commercial tenants across Canada on shopping centres, office buildings and mixed-use properties, and spent over a decade at real estate organizations including Allied Properties REIT, where she led the Quebec legal team, as well as Ivanhoé Cambridge and Newmark Knight Frank Devencore (now Avison Young). Her practice focuses on negotiating and drafting commercial leases and real estate acquisition and sale agreements. Before joining REID Legal she practised at Delegatus, representing institutional clients including large corporations and financial institutions. She holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal (2007) and was called to the Quebec bar in 2008.
