About Lauren

Lauren Webster is an associate whose practice centers on criminal defence. She graduated from Bora Laskin's Faculty of Law in 2024 and earlier completed a criminology degree at Simon Fraser University in 2017. Before law school she worked as a court clerk for the Territorial and Supreme Courts of Yukon, which gave her early exposure to courtroom procedure. During law school she served as a caseworker with Lakehead University Community Legal Services, representing clients in criminal and civil matters, and gained further experience at the Public Prosecution Service of Canada on files under the Criminal Code and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. That mix of defence and prosecution work has given her a rounded view of the justice system. She is focused on helping people facing criminal charges understand their options and move through the process with confidence.
