About Lauren

Lauren Lodenquai is a partner at Deeth Williams Wall practicing intellectual property law, with a focus on trademarks and patents. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2008 and holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.Sc. from the University of Waterloo. Lauren handles the clearance, filing, prosecution, opposition, and licensing of patents, trademarks, and industrial designs, and has represented clients before the Trademarks Opposition Board and the Ontario and Federal Courts. She also manages international IP portfolios and advises on copyright, domain name disputes, and advertising and labelling regulations.
