About Laura

Laura Buitendyk practises litigation with an emphasis on labour and employment disputes, appearing before the BC Provincial and Supreme Courts, the Human Rights Tribunal and the Employment Standards Tribunal. Buitendyk's practice also covers construction disputes, environmental law and insurance litigation. During law school Buitendyk took part in an exchange at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and clinical work with the Law Centre in Victoria, and volunteers with Access Pro Bono's Civil Chambers and Residential Tenancy programs.
