Perpinder Singh Patrola

About Perpinder

Perpinder Singh Patrola is the principal of Patrola Law Corporation. He has counselled on a broad range of matters, from incorporations, complex mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placements to international licensing agreements and multinational trademark applications, advising private and public companies, large enterprises, start-ups, and both Canadian and foreign companies. Before starting Patrola Law, he practised with two of Canada's largest corporate law firms, on Bay Street in Toronto and in Vancouver. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006 and to the British Columbia Bar in 2007. He earned his LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 2005 and a B.A. from the University of British Columbia in 2000, and he is a member of various legal and business associations in Canada.
