About Larry
Larry Trifon is a partner in the real estate and financial services departments at Brattys LLP. His practice focuses on condominium and subdivision development, builders' sales, land acquisitions and dispositions, and surety work for condominium developments, and he has handled sales, registration, and closings for numerous landmark condominium and subdivision projects across the GTA. He also acts for institutional lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate lending, including land, development, and construction loans, and represents developers registering plans of subdivision. His clients include some of Ontario's largest developers, builders, and financial institutions. He graduated with high distinction from the University of Toronto's Bachelor of Commerce program and earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2001, placing in the top 6% of his class, and was called to the bar in 2002.
