About L.D.

Todd is an Owner of Litco Law, focusing on catastrophic injury and fatality claims, occupiers' liability, and motor vehicle accidents, with experience in many other areas of law. He graduated from the University of Calgary with a degree in Political Science in 1991, obtained his Bachelor of Law from the University of Wales in 1994, and was called to the bar by the Law Society of Alberta in 1995. His advocacy experience spans administrative tribunals, Provincial Court, the Court of King's Bench, judicial dispute resolution, and mediation. He is an active member of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association, Entrepreneurs' Organization, and volunteers with SAIT's Legal Assistant Program Advisory Committee.
