About Stephen

Stephen Kligman is counsel at Bishop & McKenzie in Edmonton, with expertise in corporate law, commercial transactions, commercial financing, and commercial real estate. He drafts and negotiates contracts, implements tax-driven corporate structures and reorganizations, and advises on mergers and acquisitions and trust drafting, including guiding family businesses through succession planning and asset protection strategies. Stephen holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Toronto and an LLB from the University of Alberta, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2011.
