About Jillian
Jillian Swartz has practised more than twenty-five years advising on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity investments, and corporate governance. She was an equity partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP before co-founding Allen McDonald Swartz in 2015, and serves as Vice-Chair of Wilfrid Laurier University's Board of Governors.
