About Kyle

Kyle Anderson is an associate in Nelligan Law's employment and labour law groups, focusing on workplace issues such as administrative law, human rights, wrongful dismissals, and collective bargaining disputes. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia, a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, and a Master of Laws from the University of Ottawa. He joined Nelligan Law as an articling student and returned to the firm as an associate. He previously led the University of Ottawa chapter of the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, Pro Bono Ontario, and Access Pro Bono in British Columbia.
