About Kyla
Kyla Kavanagh is a senior associate at Wolseley Law LLP with a focus on estate planning and administration and corporate law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba, beginning at the firm as a summer student and articling student before joining as an associate following her call to the Manitoba Bar. She has represented clients in estate planning matters including wills, powers of attorney, and health care directives, as well as estate administration and asset distribution, and advises corporations on entity formation, contracts, and governance. She co-instructs the Wills and Succession course at the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law and volunteers as a presenter with Age and Opportunity's What's the Verdict program.
