About Josh
Josh Escalera was born in the Philippines and moved to Brandon, Manitoba in 2010 before relocating to Winnipeg in 2016. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba in 2020, graduated from Robson Hall with his Juris Doctor in 2024, and was called to the Bar in June 2025. He practices primarily in family law and takes a client-centered approach shaped by working with clients from a range of backgrounds and life stages. He is available to provide services in Tagalog and volunteers with the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers-Western.
