About Kristin
Kristin Mead is an associate in Osler's Corporate group. Her work touches on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and corporate governance matters. Kristin completed her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School and spent part of her studies at Hamburg University in Germany, focusing on international business law. She volunteered with a national law student organization and worked as a high-risk case coordinator supporting victims of crime in the Waterloo region before later joining that organization's board. Kristin holds an honours degree in political science from Wilfrid Laurier University.
