About Brad
Brad Greenshields graduated from Queen's Law School in 2007 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2008. He articled and worked as Crown counsel at the Attorney-General's Crown Law Office - Criminal, regularly arguing appeals at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, before joining the criminal defence bar in 2010 as an associate at Lacy Wilkinson LLP. He joined Greenspan Partners LLP as an associate in 2013 and became a partner in January 2019, focusing on defending clients facing a wide range of criminal charges. Brad is a legal editor of the Canadian Criminal Cases and has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario and before the Supreme Court of Canada, including in R. v. Reeves, where the Court recognized important privacy protections around the search of personal computers.
