About Kiran

Kiran Kang is a family lawyer and mediator with over a decade of family law experience, advising clients on asset and debt division, spousal support, guardianship, parental rights, child support and parenting time, and drafting cohabitation, marriage and separation agreements. She strives to reach out-of-court settlements but represents clients in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia when needed. Kiran is an accredited Family Law Mediator through the Law Society of BC and is a TEDx speaker. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria (2013) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia (2011), was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2014, and is fluent in Punjabi.
