About Gary

Gary Fraser specializes in employment, personal injury, wills and estates, negligence and liability matters, and was previously a lawyer in the Vancouver office of a large international business law firm. His civil litigation experience spans employment, labour relations, products liability, personal injury and construction law, and he regularly appears at all court levels in BC and before administrative tribunals, including the BC Labour Relations Board and Employment Standards Branch. He was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Laws from UBC (1997) and a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University (1977). Before law, Gary was a songwriter and record producer with Canadian recording artist Barney Bentall.
