About Alyvia

Alyvia was born and raised in Thunder Bay and has always aimed to build her legal career there, giving her an understanding of the region's particular legal needs. She earned an Honours BA in Political Science Pre-Law from Lakehead University (2017), a law degree with first-class standing from the University of Leicester in the UK (2021), and an LLM from the University of British Columbia (2022), along with the Osgoode Certificate in Estate Litigation (2025). Alyvia was called to the bar in 2024 and joined Weilers in 2023. She is an active community volunteer, serving on the board of LEAF Thunder Bay, as a director at large of the Thunder Bay Women's Soccer Club and, since 2026, as a director of the Thunder Bay Law Association.
