Kimberly Bungay is an associate in the Halifax office whose practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, with clients that include lawyers and paralegals from other firms across Canada and the United States. Her work has included a large multi-company amalgamation, imports, exports, incorporations, name clearances with the Nova Scotia Registry of Joint Stock Companies and the federal Corporations Directorate, and corporate wind-ups. She earned her LLB from the University of New Brunswick in 1987 and a BA and B.Sc. from the University of King's College in 1984 and 1983, and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 1989.
