Wills, Estates & TrustsLee is one of the managing partners at Doak Shirreff, having joined the firm in 1993 and been called to the British Columbia Bar in 1994. He has practised as a trial lawyer since joining the firm, with extensive experience representing people injured in motor vehicle accidents, and maintains an active litigation practice in employment, estates, public health and administrative law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 1990 and a Bachelor of Laws from the same university in 1993. He belongs to the British Columbia Bar Association, the Kelowna Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the British Columbia Trial Lawyers Association. He has represented medical professionals, business owners, employees and students affected by public health orders issued during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the community he has served as chairman of the board of Kelowna Christian School, president of the YMCA-YWCA of the Central Okanagan, and a director of Brain Trust Canada.
