Real Estate LawKevin Thompson practises municipal, planning and real estate law at SV Law, along with condominium litigation and development work. He represents both private and public sector clients before the Ontario Land Tribunal and the Superior Court, and regularly handles appeals involving official plans, zoning by-laws, subdivisions, severances, site plans and minor variances. He also assists buyers and sellers with real estate closings and has significant experience in condominium purchases, sales and development. Kevin earned an honours degree in environmental science from Queen's University before completing his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School, where he took part in an intensive program on Aboriginal lands and resources. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2014 and articled at SV Law with a rotation in municipal law.
