About Kevin

Kevin Nenka advises individuals, developers, non-profits, Indigenous groups, financial institutions, municipalities, condominium corporations and businesses on corporate, commercial and real estate matters in both Manitoba and Ontario. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2003 and the Ontario Bar in 2006, after earning his LL.B. and B.A. (Hons) from the University of Manitoba. Kevin teaches training and educational seminars at the University of Manitoba's Robson Hall and has co-authored real estate materials for the Law Society of Manitoba's Bar Admission Course. He was selected for The Best Lawyers™ in Canada 2026 in Real Estate Law.
