About Brad
Brad Erratt is an associate at Newman & Company practising criminal defence. Born and raised in Winnipeg, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Manitoba, making the Dean's Honour List in the winter of 2016, before earning a Juris Doctor from Robson Hall in 2020. Brad was called to the bar in 2021 after articling with the Legal Aid Manitoba youth criminal law office, and joined Newman & Company in the fall of 2023 after two years of practice. He has argued in the Provincial Court and the Court of King's Bench in communities across Manitoba, and has successfully argued before the Court of Appeal in Winnipeg.
