About Kevin
Kevin Lee joined Hummingbird Lawyers LLP's Real Estate group as an associate in 2021. He completed a Bachelor of Arts with honours at McMaster University before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2016, and he was called to the Ontario Bar the following year. His practice spans both residential and commercial real estate, handling matters that range from rural and urban property deals to title disputes, mortgage loans for both private and institutional lenders, and commercial or residential tenancy issues. He focuses on anticipating problems before they arise so clients can move through a transaction with confidence.
