About Kevin

Kevin McCullough is the managing partner of McCullough Watt Sutton Lynskey Hodson & Dosanjh, the Victoria criminal defence firm he leads. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration, and an LLB from the University of Victoria, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1993. He defended a first-degree murder case in Nanaimo that ran from 2017 until all charges were stayed in June 2018, and has spoken publicly about access to justice issues. As of this record, he is no longer appearing in court or taking on new cases.
