About Chantelle

Chantelle Sutton is a partner at McCullough Watt Sutton Lynskey Hodson & Dosanjh who has practised criminal law in Victoria and across Vancouver Island for more than a decade. She holds a Bachelor of Science and an LLB from the University of Victoria and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2009. She's obtained dismissals and acquittals in cases involving sexual assault, assault, drug trafficking, and other serious charges, and appears daily in Provincial or Supreme Court. She co-chairs the Victoria Canadian Bar Association's criminal subsection and serves as the Victoria Defence Bar's Provincial Court liaison, and she's involved in hiring, training, and mentoring the firm's articling students.
