About Justin

Justin Dosanjh is a partner at McCullough Watt Sutton Lynskey Hodson & Dosanjh focused on criminal defence, representing clients charged with serious offences across British Columbia. He's secured acquittals on drug trafficking and sexual assault charges, had evidence excluded for constitutional rights breaches, and won bail reviews for clients awaiting trial. He earned his JD from the University of Victoria's Faculty of Law, where he was a member of the Law Centre clinical program, and a BA with honours in criminology and a certificate in legal studies from Simon Fraser University. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 2018.
