About Margaret

Margaret Sasges, K.C. has practiced law for over 30 years, specializing in wills, estates and trusts, and is particularly known for her work in conservation law, helping landowners and conservation organizations protect natural features. She has served as chair of the Law Foundation of British Columbia and on a British Columbia Law Institute committee that worked on overhauling the province's wills and estates legislation. Her involvement with the Canadian Bar Association, at both the provincial and national level, has broadened her perspective on legal issues across the country.
