About Kevin

Kevin Cantelon is a lawyer and member of the Law Society of BC, called to the bar in 2000, who works mainly in family law litigation and arbitration. He has many years of experience in court litigation involving motor vehicle injury matters, wills and estates, and family law cases, and over 15 years of experience drafting and reviewing complex legal opinions for individuals, corporate clients, administrative tribunals, and the courts. He has conducted hundreds of Examinations for Discovery and prepared comprehensive Discovery Reports, appears regularly in the BC Supreme Court and Provincial Courts, and has conducted numerous trials, including jury trials.
