Collaborative Law Corporation, which operates under the name Collaborative Lawyers and Mediators BC, is a family law firm based in downtown Nanaimo on Vancouver Island, with services extending to Vancouver and, by videolink, anywhere in British Columbia. The two lawyer firm focuses on separation and cohabitation agreements, independent legal advice, mediation, arbitration, med-arb and family law litigation, plus workplace investigations for BC employers. Firm principal Nick Greer has practiced law since 2002, beginning in South Australia before relocating to British Columbia. Greer holds Chartered Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator accreditation through the ADR Institute of BC, along with further training in collaborative divorce and family mediation. Kevin Cantelon, called to the BC bar in 2000, handles the firm's family law litigation and arbitration files.

The firm's signature offering is its 1-Day Divorce program, which Greer designed to settle parenting, support and property questions in a single day rather than through a drawn-out court case. A mediator runs a morning session, drafts an agreement over lunch, then reviews it line by line in the afternoon, with a neutral financial adviser or child specialist available if the parties want one. When mediation alone doesn't resolve everything, the firm offers med-arb instead, moving from a day of mediation straight to a day of binding arbitration on whatever issues remain, a process it says can conclude in as little as six weeks. The office moved into larger space at 348 Wesley Street in August 2026, in Nanaimo's Old City Quarter.
