Nick Greer is the principal of Collaborative Law Corporation, qualified as a lawyer (solicitor and barrister), arbitrator, and Chartered Mediator. He largely works in non-court resolution of family law matters, but is also comfortable in a courtroom when litigation is needed. He began working as a lawyer in 2002, initially in South Australia, before transferring to British Columbia. He holds the highest mediation accreditation available through ADRBC as a Chartered Mediator, is a Law Society of BC lawyer, and is an accredited Family Mediator trained through the Justice Institute of BC and the ADR Institute of Ontario, with additional training in Collaborative Divorce through Seattle Collaborative Law Training. He is also on the WorkSafeBC Mediation Roster and has conducted hundreds of family and civil mediations in Canada and internationally over 15 years. Nick has trained other mediators through the ADRBC Mediation Mentoring Program, lectured on mediation at Vancouver Island University, and mediates for the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada.
