About Kent

Kent Wiebe is a founding partner of Wiebe Wittmann El-Khatib LLP (formerly Wiebe Wittmann Robertson LLP), practising corporate and commercial law, complex estate work, and real estate income and investment trusts. Wiebe is called to the bar in British Columbia and in England. Before founding the firm, Wiebe held executive positions at Equifax and Credit Management Corporation, then worked at a national tier-one Vancouver firm and as a senior associate at Allen & Overy LLP in London, England. Wiebe holds a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Law and studied Economics at Simon Fraser University, has taught for the CPA Association and Chartered Accountants Institute of British Columbia for two decades, and has published on Crown privilege, punitive damages, and REITs.
