About Jeffery

Jeffery Wittmann is a founding partner of Wiebe Wittmann El-Khatib LLP, practising estate litigation, commercial litigation, copyright and trademark law, entertainment law, internet and high-tech law, and administrative law. Wittmann was called to the bar in Ontario in 1992 and in British Columbia in 1995, and has courtroom experience in BC Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal. Wittmann holds an LL.B. (Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law, where Wittmann served as Book Reviews Editor and General Editor of the Ottawa Law Review, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) with Distinction in Medical Anthropology and Italian Language and Literature from the University of Toronto. Wittmann has held in-house counsel positions at Peace Arch Entertainment Group Inc. and Studio B Productions Inc. and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
